~ Camper drop-off and pick-up will be at the Waller High School Gymnasium. ~ Please bring a large water bottle to refill and wear appropriate shoes and clothing. ~ Clothing should only consist of items with a Waller logo or Waller colors...maroon, black, gray, or white. ~ If your camper is a 2026-2027 incoming 7th-9th grader, you will need to complete the Waller ISD Forms on Rank One. Please know that registering for camp and completing Rank One Forms are not the same thing, and both need to be done. If the Rank One Forms are not completed, your camper will not be allowed to participate. Your camper will also need a current physical. If they got their physical at Waller High School in May, we would have it on file. If not, you will need to provide a current physical, or your camper will not be allowed to participate.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the camper. I hereby give permission for the staff of the camp to seek, during the camp, appropriate medical attention for the camper and for the medical attention to be given and for the camper to receive medical attention in the event of an accident, injury, or illness. I will be responsible for any and all medical costs of medical attention and treatment. I, the undersigned for ourselves, our heirs, executors, and administrators, waive, release and forever discharge Waller Independent School District, the camp and its staff, officers, agents, employees, representatives, successors and assign of and from all rights and claims for damages, injury or loss to person or property which may be sustained during participating in camp activities or while at camp, whether or not damages, injury or loss is due to negligence.
